I have an Iphone 5S running on iOS 9.3.2 and I also cannot update it.
Every time I press the "Update" button in Itunes it either dosen't do anything or it opens up a dialogue box that closes after a few seconds.
Updating through the phone also dosen't work, it promps me to update through the computer.
I think this is issue has to do with the fact that we are trying to update from iOS 9.

It seems apple would like to slowly and quietly make all of its loyal customers go away by constantly messing every update up with no technical support, ive tried talking to people at a genius bar about this too and they had no solution, apple makes me sick
